Slickguns.com Promotion Contest Terms and Conditions

Update - June 4th - 2012 - Effective immediately, promoting our website on any firearm forum is prohibited. Points accumulated until now will be accepted, but new posts and points from any Firearm Forums with referral links will be deducted and Promoters will be disqualified.

From now on, Facebook clicks will be rewarded with 2 points instead of one.

We apologizes for any inconvenience, but some promoters are violating our own contest rules and the rules of many firearm forums. Due to the post editing options on many forums, it is increasingly hard to determine who is abusing these rules.

1) Slickguns.com employees and moderators are not eligible to participate. In addition, registered dealers can participate, but will not receive any prizes.

2) To Participate you must be at least 21 years of age or older.

3) Slickguns.com can end the contest at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to software failure or lost data.

4) Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident to participate and able to legally acquire a firearm.

5) Any promoter must strictly abide by terms and conditions of any website, social network or internet forum where he or she is promoting our website.

6) Promoting our site on other Deal sites is not allowed, those points will be invalidated and the promoter will be disqualified

7) Any illegal methods, black hat techniques, spamming, bots or traffic referral websites are not allowed and will result in disqualification. Every referring visit must be recorded by our tracking software and must match Google Analytics and our hosting tracker. Per our request, every promoter will provide us with his/her promotional methods with proof of links and places where he/she promoted our site. Failure to do so will result in disqualification. Creating new user accounts on forums and other websites and referring us traffic will also result in disqualification.

8) Promoter is only allowed to post links on websites where he/she is authorized to do so and in accordance with the terms of those sites. Promoters are responsible for their own actions. You agree to describe our links honestly, as it is stated on deals you are promoting and you agree that you will not deceive others by making false statements.

9) Promoting our website to citizens or non citizen of age less than 21 is prohibited.

10) Promoters are not affiliated or employed by Slickguns.com and are solely responsible of their own actions.

11) Winner of any possbile prize must contact us withing 7 business day, otherwise we reserve the right to award the prize to the next promoter.
