I have 3500 rds of 5.56 right

I have 3500 rds of 5.56 right now. I like to have 5000 or more on hand. I agree this is a good deal RIGHT NOW. But, my gut tells me that this stuff will be $300/1000rds by June. Its been in stock for a while and I know they keep getting more. Plus, everyone is hoarding ammo right now. Eventually the ammo locker fills or the credit card maxes out......I'm waiting.

so very true, stripped ar

so very true, stripped ar lowers for <$50 wasn't that long ago you couldn't even find one. Complete AR for less than 500 bux, the market is flooded and the tide is rising. wait for all those who purchased out of fear thinking "I don't want this in my house!" Those who purchased out of fear instead of really wanting will soon fear of owning and try to sell although it will be a greatly reduced price than what they paid. prices are dropping and availability is increasing for everything, which should impact price.

Then what is at that price? Sorry Virginia, but ammo ain't going back to 1995 prices.

How many other places are selling decent 223 for $0.35 per round?

This is true. Yeah man, buy

This is true. Yeah man, buy all means, if you need fodder, buy this right now. Price is right given current market. And no, I don't expect ammo prices to crash. Its always a commodity in demand. I firmly believe that we have not seen the bottom of this price drop and once everyone's prices (except cheaper than dirt) gets around .37 per rd, you should be able to shop sales for good ammo for much less. This Korean production stuff will be the first go down. I'm managed to buy a case of LC for .36 per rd recently. And, got a case of CCI for .35 per rd. Heck, before the freak out, I could get boxes of CCI 9MM for 10.50. If you dont need it, dont buy it. You'll juwt fuel the fire. IMHO.

Because a lot of people are claiming that there is a shortage of ammo, it is actually good to see that there is some available here.

The membership is kindof an added bonus as well.

I just bought 1,000 rounds. I had to buy the membership, but after denying it once, I was offered an additional 10% off. I then used the free shipping code and I got the ammo + membership for $368.38 shipped.

You used a free shipping code? I think when you buy a membership you get free shipping with that order already. You could have used the $10 off $99 code instead for more savings.

Or did SG change something?

Shipping on this is $19.99, so it essentially is the same as 'free shipping'. $357.19 if you are a member, +19.99 -$20, $357.18 shipped for me. About the same as XTAC was going for before Dec of 2012. I decided to pick up a case to try it out. You can never have enough around to feed those hungry rifles ;)
