I'd Be Cautious On This.Buy. I did some research and many reviews said the same. Many misfires and when it does foire the streams are weak with very short duration and then empty. You need at least the ability for a second or third blast, especially is the offender is under the influence of a stimulant./ narcotic of some sort.. Sure the price on these is definitely right, but as a primary defense item I cannot rely on it. Maybe as spares and of course, if I had nothing on me, just the container alone could thwart an attacker. My opinion, spend $15 and look for the SabreRed Hoime Defense kit. It has a Unit with wall bracket for home and another for carrying on one's person for out and about protection. And they have a good name. Also look at Cold Steel's Inferno. It is a foam based product and has great reviews.I think this is one product that you must rember that you "get what you pay for"..
