BTW, I did not forget to click on the backorder notice. I did that before Thanksgiving 2012. SINCE THEN, SG has continued to run this ad. An advert for a product they do not have, cannot get, and likely will not get before BHO issues his reign of EO terror.
I went to the Indy 1500 show and picked up a bunch of these last Friday.
The EXACT SAME cans, at the supposedly very special SG "shipped price".

It took 1.5 hours to get inside, as the line wrapped around all 4 sides of building.
By the time I got to it, the seller's stack was down to ~12 cases - they had brought a pallet-load.

Congrats, being 5.45 I assumed helped a bit. Don't quite understand why a business would sell it at $150 when the net price is easily 225+.
Heck i would have been tempted to max a cc out and resell enough to get 10 free.

If you're desperate enough you can pay $225 a can at http://www.unammo.com/#4 which is just about the only place that has it. It's expensive but will be cheap if BHO pulls an EO against ammo. I however don't think an EO is going to happen for awhile so there may be time to wait and hope that other dealers get some in over the next few months. However, when the AWB is officially killed in Congress, beware because an EO may be forthcoming.

Edit: I threw in the towel and went with a another place that shipped the order like they said they would. Also cancelled my membership at the same time. SG phone personnel are nice enough but its crazy that while you are cancelling an order for $500+ that they don't even attempt to ask "Is there anything we can do to keep your order?" What kind of management doesn't even make the first attempt to try to salvage the sale?

Dates continuously move
Dates continuously move around. Emails go unanswered. Phone calls are answered by humans but the humans know nothing more than the invalid dates in the status page for your order. You'd think that after receiving 1,000 phone calls asking questions about invalid dates that they would invest a little time in keeping the expected arrival dates valid. How can that NOT be more useful of their time? With all the rumors about bullet bans you'd think they would try to expedite the ammo out the door. Called J&G sales and they had plenty in stock but the expected ship times were 2-3 weeks. WTF? 2-3 weeks to slap a UPS sticker on a box and call UPS to pick up a van load at end of day. WTF!

Nice price but I just bought one off the shelf at my local gun store for $158.98 out the door. I hope this stuff doesn't dry up.
This is a really great deal,
This is a really great deal, assuming that it ships. It's actually significantly cheaper than it was a year and a half ago when I bought my first crate. It is super dirty though, so be prepared to clean your weapon. I put a hundred rounds through my 74 on a rainy day, and by the time I got home there was already rust all over the inside of the gas tube.

Why do they keep advertising a product they do NOT have? This has been out of stock for over a week now.

Because the price is OUTSTANDING! I waited a month an a half last time they said they were out of stock, which was way less than they advertised.
Seriously, the price is $40 less SHIPPED than any other place. Order some and forget about it for a while.

It is a good price I bought several crates of this ammo from them. I just order two more cans at this price this ammo has gone up about $20 a can over the last year or so. Some of the orders I payed $116 a can because they priced match. I am pretty sure they had to be losing money after they paid for the free shipping.
