I purchased two of these when they were $4 last time. The quality is alright, the quick release fastex style connector is probably a little flimsier / weaker than expected, and it's obviously not meant to be used as a belt (unless you have huge belt loops).
Two together make for a nice sized bandolier.
Also, don't believe the complaints about 12G shells being hard to insert. Start the tip in and give it a twist as you push and it goes in fine. TWSS If you've ever inserted any 12 gauge shell into an elastic loop holder you know what to expect.
