Our goal is to have all of these lowers before any legislation goes into effect in July of 2013. We are guestimating that it will take 3 months past January to come up with a law to ban AR-15 from new manufacture and an 90-day notice to us to stop manufacturing."
Who the hell cares what "certain lowers" are going for now if you can't deliver for six months? Just another company trying to scare customers out of money.

Just trying to let people know that there are lowers still out there !! If you could READ the whole page , you would see they have more than 4000 IN STOCK. YES the are higher, you can probably find them cheaper, In stock? But what has not gone up in price ! They are telling people the Lowers are avaliable, and they will make them up to the end, if there is an end. My 2 cents, thanks

I was at a local shop (Sac. CA) on friday and they had over a dozen lowers on the shelf, ready to sell. Have some patience, look around, and you'll find what you're looking for at a fair price.

although it says "in stock", I think that is more a function of the shopping cart system and a predetermined "limit" of how many they think they can make, so they don't massively oversell their capacity (cart shuts off automatically after X number sold). The item title clearly states "pre order", which means not in stock and not ready to ship.
Of course, if you order NOW, you'll probably get yours in a month or two. If you order later, then, well, you get it June :P
Overall, it's not a terrible price when it includes the laser engraving. I guess it will fit some folks needs...

Exactly. If they plan an order for 5,000 lowers that's what they can put in the shopping cart system. That doesn't mean they are in stock, only that they will sell that many on pre-order for shipment in five months. This deal is nothing other than a pre-order, nothing is in stock.
