Description:
Highest quality upper receiver vise block made from solid aluminum. Distance between the steel pin and front is shorter because the larger "free float" nut requires more clearance than a nut for a delta ring style upper. This model will work with either a delta ring style or free float style nut. ASIN: B007IURTCW |

Probably a custom rail nut. All the free float rails have the nuts like that.

Just wanted to add that this works great. I got one about a month ago right before the Gunocalypse occurred. Used it to swap out my standard hand-guard for a free float rail system and it work flawlessly. I shopped around and most upper vices were around $30 or more and out of stock so I thought I would give this a try and glad I did. Hope this might help someone out.
