Just got my rebate for the TRS-25 :)

I hope they have something like this again...for the price, the quality is great. Bushnell definitely has my business for as long as they keep their prices down :)

I received my check for $60 today for two of the red dot sights. Both rebate forms were sent in the same envelope. Both red dots were ordered through Cabela's.

I called Bushnell customer support & asked if this red dot qualified.
TRS-25 meant nothing to them. She asked for a model number. She looked that up & told me YES!
Purchase has to be by 12/31 & rebate form must be postmarked by 1/15/2012.
Sending my rebate forms out today!

This thing is amazing quality, glad I ordered it. Super solid, super bright.. The dust covers suck and I'll probably lose 'em, but beyond that, I'd say this thing definitely competes with other micros that are more expensive..

Thanks for all of the confirmations on the rebate...I probably wouldn't have ordered it if I hadn't heard about the rebate on here. I might use it on a Trophy ACOG too if I can choke up the money :D

Yeah, I received my first rebate in short order. No problems. I wasn't sure if there was indeed a limit on how many rebates per household were allowed so I called the rebate center and they confirmed there is no limit. Tomorrow I will be mailing out my second rebate submission. Great deal!

On another note, I mounted this on my Mossberg 930 spx and it seemed to hold zero fine. At the end of my shooting session of birdshot, buckshot and SLUGS, I did finally notice some creep. I scratched my head over it. When I got home and cleaned my guns I realized the locking screw had slightly backed out. This happened even though I put some blue loctite on the threads. I screwed the screw in while still wet vs allowing the loctite to dry first and I believe that was the problem. That, and the 12ga slugs!

I'm fairly confident my next outing I will not encounter any walking of my zero.

It definitely will work. I have yet to read a comment saying that the rebate has been denied, however, there are a few comments saying that the rebate is valid for the red dot. If you call Bushnell customer service, they will confirm that the XLT rebate applies to the red dot as well. For what it's worth, I have received my $30 rebate.

I bought 2 from Cabelas when they were $69.99 and received rebates for them both. It did take almost the full eight weeks. You can track the progress of your rebate on web-rebates.com. Mailed each rebate in a separate envelope. There is no limit stated on the rebate from. If you want one of these on the cheap better get to ordering.

The rebate says in huge letters at the top

Can anyone confirm that they received this $30 MIR? Seems kinda shady that it specifies XLT on the MIR form.

The price was $69 very briefly before Amazon raised the price. They also had a used one listed for $64. I wonder if the rebate would have applied for that used one from Amazon.

I know Amazon has a rebate attached to the TRS-25 but if you read the rebate, it specifically states Trophy XLT, Binoculars or spotting scope. The TRS-25 does not fall into any of those categories. I highly doubt the rebate applies to this red dot.

Just spoke to Bushnell rebates and they said that the TRS-25 qualifies for this rebate. They took my name, address down along w/ notes that she verified the rebate as valid for this scope.

I bought 2 of these a couple of weeks ago when Amazon had their 20% off anything when you used their credit card. I ended up getting them both for right at $130. These were NOT what I was expecting...they are much better!

I didn't realize they are the same size as my Aimpoint micro, and look very much the same as well. I dug through MANY reviews, and they were almost unanimously positive. Other than "Bushnell" on the side, and a faint greenish-tint to the glass, they are almost identical. The green tint is not an issue for me, but it is there.

I have one mounted on an AR, and plan to put the other on a Kel-Tec Sub2K. The one I mounted was easy to zero, and is working great for me.

I actually almost bought this based solely on the rebate...so if you guys read this, you might wanna pull the rebate info :)
