Talking with some sellers in

Talking with some sellers in the area, I've found that a HUGE portion of these 'panic' buys are from people buying everything they possibly can at cheaper prices then trying to make a quick buck by reselling at the height of panic prices. For instance, buying stuff att Wally World then doubling or tripling the price on internet auctions and web sites. When people stop buying at the insane prices on the web, then the madness will end.

The reason things still sell at the ridiculous price here is because it's cheaper than the insane prices asked by full blown gougers, but not cheap enough for those gougers to make a quick buck by buying everything in stock.

Personally I'm thrilled some stores are putting limits on ammo and other purchases, because most of the numbers of gougers making life difficult for the rest of us, and driving up prices.

I think once the panic buyers

I think once the panic buyers get another paycheck they will start buying again lol. I agree with the price gouging comment, I will not buy from PSA EVER. However midway USA I will surely buy from again! A seller on gun broker was trying to sell a nickel boron spikes BCG for 700, what a joke.

I think some of it has to do

I think some of it has to do with it's looks... I don't like the rails and the front sight being in the middle of it.. besides it's about $800 more...

I saw an IN STOCK 6920 for $1,699 and passed on it..if I was really going to have paid more for an AR-15 then that would have been the one. I have two 6920MP-B's on back-ordered... I hope there is no ban and I get them at some point.. But I can't see paying way over retail for a gun I thought was too much BEFORE the NEWTOWN crap...

There is also a news article on yahoo saying that many dems are not on board with this current Gun Control.. I hoping that they have 'seen through it' and realize it doesn't solve anything... only time will tell

Got that right Hellions, I've

Got that right Hellions, I've made a spreadsheet of the companies trying to screw the consumer and when the prices go back down to the normal levels because the assault weapon ban will fail in Congress because 1/2 the idiots don't realize an AR is a "Sporting Rifle" and NOT an assault weapon I will take my business to those that did NOT screw the consumer. i.e.bravocompanyusa.com jacking their BCG to $225 from $189 because they are saying they're donating a portion to the NRA. I believe that's an individual decision NOT there's, how do they know how many thousands of dollars I've already donated and now they're milking me for more? Not good company practice in my opinion. Midwayusa.com asks "NRA Round-Up Contribution" which is why I purchase a lot from them... But, again, just my opinion.
