They have the same ammo in smaller packs of 375 for $12.99. So if you get 6 of those, you'll end up with 2250 for $77.94. In other words, you end up paying almost 12 bucks for the ammo can with the above deal. Do you really need another ammo can? Sure it's new and pretty, but this is an ammo can that will get beat up and look like one from a swap meet that you can get for 5 bucks. Do the math.

The problem is the ammo is over-priced. A NEW ammo can for $12 is a steal.
Getting a beat up one for $5 at a swap meet saves you $7...."doing the math" as you suggest.

Is there an admission fee for the swap meet you mention? There is around here!

These are now $16 per 525 pack locally.....or $64 per 2100.
Now $29 IS too much for a new ammo can.

Please note that I posted this comment before ammo prices went up and ammo was available everywhere. As far as swap meet, yes I pay $1 admission, and while the ammo cans are not brand new, they're in very good to excellent condition.
