Thanks for the reply, I tried again today and it went through.

I had to send them an email though, the address they show on the site for my FFL has the street misspelled and the zip code is wrong. Crossing my fingers that either customer service makes it right before shipment or the UPS man is on the ball.

Can someone who purchased a firearm from PSA recently comment on the current processing/shipping time?

I know they were always very slow to ship during the peak of the rush, but I'm curious to know if that's improved. Hoping to order this to arrive in time for Christmas.

I purchased one of those $99

I purchased one of those $99 Stevens shotguns the Friday before thanksgiving & it shipped Monday arrived that Friday because everything was closed for thanksgiving. Friend of mine ordered one of the $120 shotguns Tuesday before thanksgiving & it arrived at the FFL today. It really helps if they already have your FFL on file. If not it may take a few extra days until you get them the FFL info.

Regarding my rebate, ATI said the file I sent them was corrupt, it went beyond July 31st and when I emailed them they had me resubmit the file and STILL honored the rebate. It was handled professionally - I'm happy. Same as a Sig with their logo and grips. Sweet deal!!

Got mine from my FFL earlier

Got mine from my FFL earlier this month, I've already taken it to the range twice as it is so much fun to shoot! Practically no recoil, accurate as hell, and reliable. It's just been a blast!

I also got my ATI rebate a couple of days ago, took two weeks as well. I simply took a picture of page 3 of my 4473 with my cell phone and that sufficed.

Lastly, the barrel IS threaded on this model. It is not external, and there is a cap over the treads; but they are there!

Just received my check from ATI, so they are good for it. No hassle getting the 4473 from my FFL and I was able to do it all online. Ordered 5/26, shipped 6/3 (about 9 days), rebate submitted around 6/10, check received 6/27.

But note that despite the description above, this model does not have the threaded barrel.

Good to hear you just got

Good to hear you just got your rebate-that means mine should be here any day now. About the not being threaded-mine was. Yours should have been too. Are you sure? You have to take the cap off with the provided wrench to expose the threads. Then you have to get a thread adapter to go onto the end of the barrel. PSA even lists ii in the description that it has a threaded barrel.

Got mine, plus a surprise

Got mine, plus a surprise when I asked for a copy of my 4473 for the rebate... my FFL refuses to give me a copy. He says that this document is not for release to the public. So it looks like mine costs another thirty bucks more than I thought it would. American Tactical will not honor the rebate without at least a copy of page 3 of the form... the receipt from Palmetto, who will not take a gun on return regardless of the reason, is not enough. It would pay for those of you who buy this handgun, talk to your FFL first to see if you can get a copy for the rebate. I can't help thinking that AT expected that they wouldn't have to honor a sizable number of these rebates when they put this stipulation in their rebate terms. Well, savor your little bonus, AT, it's the last sale that you'll make to me.

If your FFL is unwilling to

If your FFL is unwilling to give you a copy why don't you just ask him to submit it for you. All he has to do is go onto their website, put in your personal info (name, address, etc.) and then he can upload the copy of your 4473 and a copy of your receipt that came with the gun from PSA-that way he will have original without releasing a copy to you . I really wouldn't give up on this. I can kind of understand where your FFL is coming from (though mine gave me a copy no prob), but at the very least he should be able to do this for you. If not I would shop around for a new dealer. Good luck Dave! BTW I am really enjoying this new firearm. Hope you are too!

Got the copy after all when I

Got the copy after all when I explained that only page 3 was needed, and that ATI was unwilling to make any exceptions. My FFL was a little skittish, he had been recently grilled and threatened by the ATF for some minor mistakes on recent transfers he had made. I submitted the info for the rebate electronically today, hopefully all is well now. Still haven't shot the gun yet, but it got the OK from my two sons, except for the plastic sights needing tightened down.

Awesome little 22. I tricked mine out w/ real 1911 parts. Only down side is the slide is made out of a cheap pot metal. I guess they need it light for recoil. Doesn't matter much, just be careful with the slide lock. It will start to curl up the metal on the slide. Tap & rack and you should be fine. For 2 bills, cant go wrong.

I just bought a American

I just bought a American Tactical Imports GSG M1911 HGA .22LR 5'' Woodgrips GERG2210M1911 from Palmetto State Armory for $229.99 and this $30 rebate will work for this purchase. I just called ATI and they confirmed. The sale for this 1911-22LR is a Memorial Day Sale starting 05/21/14. Don't know for how long but here is the link: http://palmettostatearmory.com/index.php/22-combo-deals/gsg-m1911-hga-22...

They are out of the GSG 10 RD magazines but Cheaperthandirt has them in stock for $26.95 (call CTD for US Mail cheaper shipping), Palmetto "had" them for $25.99 but they are out of stock and also an import item.

PSA really sucks on this one.

PSA really sucks on this one. I went to buy it, put it in my cart, had to step away for 15 minutes and when I went to check out the $100 gift card was gone. Spent 30 minutes on hold to talk to a sales rep and they refused to honor the price or make an adjustment. Just as well because PSA has the worst customer service of any dealer I have purchased from - ignores emails, endless waits on the phone, won't work with the customer. They debit your card immediately and take the full "15 business days" (about a month) to ship uppers, lowers and handguns. Cheaper than Dirt isn't even in my state but the last few orders I placed with them were magically delivered the NEXT DAY! Apparently they have a warehouse in my state and I don't even have to pay the in state sales tax.

PSA aside, if you are spending your money with CTD, you were not paying attention last year. CTD was the WORST of the online price-gougers. Although they may have decent prices now, when the next panic comes, they will be right back to their gouging tactics. Before the panic, I too had MANY purchases from them with no problem, but never again!

I've made 3 PSA purchases this year and the service and product have been the best of any online gun dealer I've used, and I agree, CTD will never get a dime of my money. It's my opinion that CTD posts shouldn't even be allowed here.

GREAT handgun for a great price. For those that doubt the gift card, all I can say is I bought a S&W revolver back in Dec when they were offering the $100 gift card deal and my gift card worked without issues.

Was $329. earlier this week at same site. Raise price $20. and then toss in a Gift card that may or may or may not be active when you get it. If its like my experience the card is in DEACTIVATED status and then you have to fight their piss poor customer service.,

All,

I got one of these form them last week. Just FYI. Mine was a Gen 1, which needed an upgrade kit from ATI. Not a big deal as ATI will send one out to you. But all of the new ones should already have the upgrade kit.

Just FYI. If you can note and have them verify that it's the newer ones first. Or just be sure to check when you get it and then if it's the older ones, just give ATI a call and get the upgrade kit.

Finally back under $300. Just in case anyone didn't know, GSG makes the Sig model for the same gun. So if you were thinking of getting the Sig, just get this one instead. They are identical. Unless you are getting the Sig for the same price, then just pick one. :)
