I don,t know how any of you received your orders .? I ordered 3 /30 round mags on Jan 7 and as of this date Feb.16 still no mags !!!!! No response too phone calls no responses to email's . When I ordered there was no post on the site about any delays like there is now. I will give them a little more time ,if not soon I will call the credit card company and report them !!!! Ps they seriously need to address their lack of I DO NOT CUSTOMER Care. !!

I finally received my Magazine. Ordered on Jan /7/ 13 till Feb/ 27 the product is excellent too bad Mako Customer Lack of Service is not the same. I understand the high demand but if they communicated and answered e-mail question ? Then maybe there would not be so many bad reviewers . Maybe they should higher some people to Handel the higher demand . Especially since their making so much profit from the elevated sales and demands . :((

Ordered 12/29/12- order #6508- 20mags-EARM30 W . So for all of you pissed off as I was too, this deal is for real, and they were (really) just swamped with orders. I do believe however a little better communication on Mako's part would have really helped with their customers attitudes, and gone a long way toward customer relations especially when they bill you the day you order from them. So if you are one of the thousands that ordered, just RELAX they will appear on your doorstep without any notification!

They finally got back to me

They finally got back to me because I had questioned them about my discount codes. (free ship and 5% off) They missed it on my original order and I saw that when I got the invoice. I sent an email immediately, and left a phone message. They said they were unable to go back and credit my card because they were too busy.. I said, hey I'm in no hurry, even if it takes a month or more. I was very polite and told them they could do it at their convenience. I even offerd to call back in a month or two, when things slowed down and remind them then. They said sorry, the best they could do was include a free mag coupler which costs 12 bucks. So instead of my $50 credit, which they should do even if it takes a while, they offer a $12 coupler which I don't even care about. They are not going to get many repeat customers with that kind of attitude. I'm very disappointed, not impatient, I understand how busy they are......just very disappointed that they blew me off like that after placing a several hundred dollar order....Even when I questioned their decision, they just more or less gave me a GFY reply. Order if you want, but don't expect good CS if there is a problem. Also, was told it was too late to cancel my order, even though they still had time to include their free $12 token??.....Not a happy camper......By the way, my credit card has already been charged...Not worth taking up the issue with my CC company. That would involve many more emails and documentation than it is worth to me.

I just got a call from them

I just got a call from them about 10 minutes ago. The order I placed on the 26th shipped today by ups. I am happy with their customer service. The day I placed my order I realized I failed to use the coupon codes. I sent them an email asking if they could apply them. It took just over a week but i got and email stating they would apply the code and refund me the money. The money hit my bank the next day.

They also called me today because they were having difficulty verifying my address (which is normal every time I order anything online, it's a long story).

Overall I'm very pleased.

Everyone here that is complaining are entitled snobs. Do you expect a company that doesn't regularly handle thousands of orders to somehow stop shipping out orders to answer to a bunch of people that don't regularly order magazines in quantities? They have a job to do, and they are doing it by having every employee packing hundreds of orders a day. Now everyone just sit on your itchy little fingers til they go numb and stop typing out snob ass comments that make yall look like how alot of people "cough" piers morgan *cough* outside the U.S. views of us are. Update on my order #8152. I just received a refund today, WHICH WAS NOT ASKED FOR. For whatever reason my order got deleted and on 1/9/13 I asked for an explanation as to what happened.

Today, all I got was a refund. No notes on it or anything. Just an e-mail with a notification that my order has been refunded. WTF SHADY COMPANY!!!

Received my Mags today. Now I feel bad about my previous comment from earlier this morning. I usually don't mind waiting, but I like to stay informed at least. They could have sent a tracking number but they didn't. I ordered as soon as it was posted on the 26th so it took them about 3 weeks. I imagine if you order now that it will take them even longer due to huge amount of orders they received.

Placed my order on 1/1 and at that time the status was shipping within the week. My order was charged, however when I went to check on the order status page, there is NOTHING. It's as if I never placed the order. I had been emailing Adam and same as others, now no reply. I sent a mass email to all the known emails from them and also do not have a reply. If I don't near anything by the end of next week I will file fraud with my CC and put in a complaint to the BBB.

I know they're swamped, but the fact that my order is GONE but I've been charged is outrageous.

I received my order today, ordered on 12/26, order# 5252. With the amount of orders this company is receiving due to the high demand of magazines, it is fair to say that you guys should give this company some time to sort everything out. Not one company was ready for this type of demand as it was out of no where. I believe this company did not have the staff on hand to box up X,XXX amount of orders, take phone calls, answer emails, and go searching up tracking numbers as their order system is probably not up to date like bigger sites.

Its good to hear someone finally received an order. I completely understand the issue of being overwhelmed with orders, however there is no excuse for not answering the phone or responding to order inquiries. Good business practices involves keeping customers informed regarding delays and shipping notifications. They should be sending a mass email to everyone who placed an order to inform them of the delay. I don't mind waiting, but I do mind being left in the dark.

I placed an order on 12/27 and have yet to receive the items. If anyone has gotten their order please let us now before we all start filing fraud charges.

This is definitely a shady company and I will never order from them again. I have not been able to get through to anyone from their office. No one answers the phone and no one returns emails.

If I don't have my order by next Friday I will be filing fraud charges and have my bank investigate this. I suggest everyone do the same unless they start returning phone calls and providing an explanation for there neglect.

I contacted a week ago to

I contacted a week ago to cancel, to which I got no response. I contacted again last night to cancel and let them know I would be contacting my credit card company, to which I got a response that they could cancel but my order would be shipping this week. I said cancel as a reply, to which I got an OK but he wanted to remind me it would be shipping this week. Then this morning I get an email saying he could not credit my card back because the item had shipped yesterday. So I ask for a tracking number, to which I got a reply of he didn't have it he is on the road. I say that he can find out it shipped, but not what the tracking number was. He tells me he has a special form he can pull up and it tells him if the item has shipped but not tracking data. So I say is there a way he can find it out, to which he says it is in a stack of 2000+ orders but when I receive the item by whoever is carrying it I can refuse it and if not home carry it back to carrier and refuse, then when they get items back they will credit me back.

I filed a complaint with the BBB about their practices and service, filed with CC company, and letting you guys know as well. This is a crock of shit in my book, even Ebay gives sellers the ability to track packages, and with the order number he should be able to pull up all data for the sale.

mako defense was pretty quick to respond on this thread about the coupon codes, but has not responded to any of our other posts? I ordered 12/26 as well and as of today am still processing. Anybody bought from them before? Shady company? They have quite a few people's money right now. If its not in stock you should not take my money. I wouldn't mind being on back order if that is what was said from the beginning.

It now says please allow 21 days for shipping...
