Description:

THESE RIFLES ARE ALL ROUND RECEIVER, 7.62X54r CALIBER, 5 ROUND, BOLT ACTION RUSSIAN MILITARY M91-30 NAGANTS.
THESE RIFLES WERE ARSENAL REFINISHED AND STORED IN THE AN OBSCURE RUSSIAN ARSENAL IN THE MID 1970'S AND AS SUCH HAVE NOT BEEN CHERRY PICKED OR QUALITY DEPLETED LIKE SO MANY RIFLES YOU SEE ON THE MARKET. WE HAVE SEEN A FEW FORCE MATCH FLOORPLATES OR BUTTPLATES, BUT EVERY RIFLE WE HAVE SEEN HAS A MATCHING BOLT AND RECEIVER. ALL OF THESE RIFLES WILL SHIP WITH A MATCHING BAYONET, WE CAN'T MAKE ANY GUARANTEES BUT TYPICALLY THERE IS AN MIXTURE OF MANUFACTURERS ( BOTH TULA AND ISHEVSK ) AND SINCE THE RIFLES ARE NOT BROKEN OUT FROM THE ARSENAL PACKAGING ALL BAYONETS SHOULD MATCH THE RIFLES IN THE CRATE. IF YOU ARE A RETAILER OR GUN SHOW DEALER THIS IS A GREAT WAY TO BUY , STOCK, DISPLAY AND SELL THESE RIFLES. WE EVEN HAVE SOME COLLECTORS BUYING THEM TO STORE AWAY AS INVESTMENT AND FRANKLY I THINK THAT IS MORE SOUND THAN MOST ANY STOCK I CAN THINK OF. MOST OF ALL, THESE ARE REALLY NICE CONDITION RIFLES.

Total of 20 rifles and bayonets shipped in a hinged lid wooden crate.
Price $125.00 / Rifle / Crate of 20 = Total Crate Price.....$2500.00

Also remember that if you

Also remember that if you purchase these using a C&R, you cannot have any intent on reselling them. An 03 FFL is for collecting only.

Not entirely true. You cant

Not entirely true. You cant purchase with the intent of reselling for a profit, only a dealer can do that. But many collectors purchase crates or lots hoping to get a hex receiver, rare rifle, or excellent condition bore, then sell off the less collectable rifles. As this is done to increase your collection, it is OK.

From the ATF website: Q: Does

From the ATF website:

Q: Does a license as a collector of curio or relic firearms authorize the collector to engage in the business of dealing in curios or relics?
No. A collector’s license only enables the collector to transport, ship, receive, and acquire curios and relics in interstate or foreign commerce, and to make disposition of curios and relics in interstate or foreign commerce, to any other licensee, for the period stated on the license. A collector’s license does not authorize the collector to engage in a business required to be licensed under the Act. Therefore, if the acquisitions and dispositions of curios and relics by a collector brings the collector within the definition of a manufacturer, importer, or dealer, he shall qualify as such. A dealer’s license must be obtained to engage in the business of dealing in any firearms, including curios or relics.

Buying with the intent to keep one and sell the other 19 off can easily be seen as exceeding the authorization of an 03 FFL.

You can take your chances, but I wouldn't risk it.

exactly my point and here is

exactly my point and here is an analogy to put it simply.

ATF Agent: Hello sir I understand that you have sold 15 rifles of 20 you recently purchased is this correct?

C&R Holder: Yes it is but I was hoping to get some rare and unique or very nice rifles blah blah blah so I kept the ones I really liked to increase and grow my collection and sold the others.

ATF Agent: I see sir, was there any chance that all of the 20 rifles would be unique or very nice rifles blah blah blah so that you would keep them all?

C&R Holder: Sure I guess it is possible, but no not very likely.

ATF Agent: I see so then you always intended to sell some of what you were purchasing.

C&R Holder: Wait no!

ATF Agent: Your under arrest....

/so like I said.....not worth it.

That is a fine line one

That is a fine line one should be careful about when considering crossing. If you buy 20 rifles and sell 19 of them or even near as you suggest I am not so sure if they ATF comes knocking and you say "I was hoping to get more special or rare rifles and only got the one," that would fly. I have a C&R and I would not even consider what you are suggesting as the risk of federal prison is not worth it. Unless you are a lawyer in this field I really don't think you should be making these suggestions to people and frankly I know if you were a lawyer you would not.

Classic Firearms changed a

Classic Firearms changed a lot after Newtown. They are on my shit list after they had ak74s on sale for $599 the day before the shootings and then every day after that for the next three days the price went up $100 until the rifle was $899. They won't get my business again.

Don't see any value in this

Don't see any value in this deal. 125$/rifle when AIM has them 119.99$/one and you do not need to buy a crate. Plus all this marketing crap that Classic is trying to put on top of this offer. It just does not shine...

Also, shipping will be high depending on where you are, and if you cannot pick up. This will drive the price per rifle even higher.
