I bought this a year ago and after 300 rounds it cycles great. Not a bad little gun for the money. Clean it and oil it really well and heat cycle it to smooth out after a few hundred rounds.

I have over 1000 rounds thru it and have not had a F2F or F2E in the last 600 rounds or so. Bought two extra magazines for 16.99 a piece. Look and you can find them.

This is a pain to break down but I can break it down, clean it and have it back together in less than 15 min. not nearly as easy or fast as my Yugo AK but not really that long

Great gun for plinking and makes a good Semi Auto .22

So much regret should be the name of this rifle. I purchased this mossberg 715t from Big 5, I never seen any on the shelf so I assumed they were good sellers so I jumped on it. Pro: I managed to sell it. Cons: Plastic as a toy, jammed right out of the box and everytime even after being cleaned and lubed, horrible to disassemble; lots of little srews on the shell, couldnt find any 25 round mags. let alone any 10 round mags here in AZ. My friend took it off my hands because he wanted a nice mosin nagant I had so he paid for both of them at a steal. Im sure he will rid himself of it soon too.

Close quarter combat or long

Close quarter combat or long range battle? Never been in either type firefight where anyone said" sure wish I had a smaller caliber weapon ." The last time I recall .22 caliber weapons being deployed in a combat environment were High Standard's for taking out sentries in Asia .

This is nothing but a mossberg 702 rifle stripped down and hopped up in plastic to look like an ar15, it is junk just like the 702 is.

If you are buying this gun so

If you are buying this gun so you can show it to your friends because it looks neat by all means go ahead. However, if you want a better made, better functioning gun you should just buy a 10-22. I picked one of these up a year ago and was shocked at how cheaply made they are. Everything but the barrel is made of cheap polymer. There is so much jiggle in the lever I thought something was wrong with the rifle, but found out that is standard. They are also a huge pain in the ass to break down and clean.

"making this Mossberg

"making this Mossberg Tactical .22 Rifle perfect for close quarter combat or long range battle."
Yeah... This is hell on plastic army men.

I would be ashamed to show this off to my friends. If you want to show off, buy a HK 416 22 or at least a S&W 15-22. Of course the 10/22 SR22 or wrapped in a Nordic AR22 stock (which is basically the same thing) is a true beauty AND works like a 10/22 (ie just works great all the time). If you just want a toy to plink in the backyard with when nobody is looking, them maybe consider this. I'm sure it can be fun.
At least we're back to a normal price on these toys.
