Polish PPS-43C Pistol 7.62x25mm - $299.99 + S/H

Description:

Original Polish PPS-43C in a semi-auto version. 7.62x25 caliber, considered a pistol due to overall length. Comes with two - 35rd mags. The PPS-43C (Pistolet-Pulemet Sudaeva, model of 1943 = Sudaev SMG) was born as an answer to the need for a weapon that is more compact and mobile than the PPSh-41, then in use by the Soviet Army. The PPSh-41 was somewhat too long to be used by tank crews and mobile recon groups and paratroopers, so late in 1941, the Red Army issued a request for a new more compact sub machine gun (SMG). The designer Sudaev initially designed his new SMG in 1942, and it was adopted under the designation of PPS-42. The next year he refined the design, and this final model was designated as the PPS-43. This model was manufactured in significant numbers (nearly two million PPS-43 weapons were manufactured between 1943 and 1946). The PPS-43 is sometimes referred to as the best SMG of World War II. After WWII, it was widely exported to pro-Soviet regimes around the world, and widely copied. This historical firearm has been re-designed to shoot from a closed bolt position. The safety is located at the front of the trigger guard. The receiver and barrel shroud are made from stamped steel. The rear sight is an L-shaped flip type and is marked for 100 and 200 meters, the front sight is a fixed blade type. The barrel is equipped with a simple muzzle brake. This firearm is an ATF approved pistol. The stock has no function and is permanently fixed in its folded position.

Since adding this pistol to our product line in mid 2011 it has consistently been one of our best sellers and has a minimal return rate. These are extremely reliable. Be sure to purchase the shooters package along with this to get the most bang for the buck. This pistol is manufactured at the famed Radom Plant in Poland.

All parts and components are new and Polish made.

Really good deal, ammo is

Really good deal, ammo is about the same price as other rounds, the one I ordered last go around was real nice, very happy with it. 36 rounds all day long from this shorti - all steel - no plastic garbage here for $299, If you don't have one your missing out!! Easily a bedside option and very powerful round!!

I really want to pickup one of these but not from classic firearms! They have very shady business practices.

Have one and love it. The stock is welded shut. Everyone who shoots it tries to unfold the stock and I let them struggle for about a minute and then tell them. Can find ammo but have to really look. Hit and miss. Wolf sells a gold version (brass case) so you can reload. Round has a lot of punch. Overall this is one of my favorites.

I'm kind of interested but

I'm kind of interested but I'm not having a lot of luck finding much in-stock ammo for it. Also the description here says 1 mag, but the website says 2. Anyone who's bought one - did it come with 2?

Edit - also the pics on the website it looks like it shows a stock unfolded, wouldn't that make it an SBR?

The customer picture with the

The customer picture with the stock unfolded seems to belong to the one unit that is disassembled with no barrel and some other stuff missing. Probably somebody bought a spare set just as a parts kit.

Rob, my understanding is that, regardless of vendor, these firearms are being sold with the stock spot welded in the folded position precisely so that they don't have to be sold as SBRs.

Ammo is expensive. Better

Ammo is expensive. Better they made it as 9mm. However with TT-ammo this is a real killer gun able to hit a weak body armor.

Samham, some of the crappier

Samham, some of the crappier deals are being posted by shills for the vendor. From what I have read on various boards, in this regard, Classic is one of the worst offenders.

One Round Shy, Ive read all

One Round Shy, Ive read all your comments calling out people for shill's and classics reputation. If you really think that Classic shilled you or wronged you in the past then why dont you complain to the BBB in NC where there located. Most states have anti-Shill laws and this includes internet shilling. Get enough people together wronged and you can get a class action lawsuit going.

As for shilling here on slick guns, people are innocent until proven guilty. If you can find real proof then you do what I suggested above.

It does not work that easy.

It does not work that easy. You should try to do it once. In theory everything is plain and simple. In reality at least 10-15 people should write a similar individual petitions to attorney general office to things get moved on.

BBB is a joke. It is extremely hard to get a complain published. I was not able to do it even once. BBB uses all type of excuses to protect their due paying members from getting a negative feedback. If you see a company that has a complain on BBB you should count that it probably was 200 of them that they did not publish.

I just bought one from this

I just bought one from this vendor. This supposedly new gun had several problems and classic arms refused to do anything about it. I would suggest that you stay away from this gun.

it is not the firearm you

it is not the firearm you need to stay away from it is the vendor....I bought two C&R firearms from them that would not fire and even if they would have would not have been safe. I was able to return and get my money back. They have since started not taking stuff back even when there are clear problems. They are not a good retailer and their service sucks.
