I dont know anything about Phase 5 I have never used any of their products yet, but I do plan on getting their bad lever I like the looks of it compared to magpuls. I have a DPMS lower , so I cant say anything good or bad about phase 5 lower. But it is a better deal than paying $300 for a lower right now. And the wait isn't as long as a lot of companies right now. Just thought I'd share. Happy buying fellow AR nuts!

I ordered one on Christmas.
I ordered one on Christmas. It took about 4 weeks to come in. I have two complaints. First there was cosmetic blemishes. All would be unseen on an assembled lower, but still not really ok. Second they sent out an email yesterday saying that the shipping charge that they charged me 2 months ago was inadequate so they would be charging my CC an additional $7...

And the price still seems high for a forged lower (although much better than $250 - $300 that we've been seeing recently). Is this about what you paid?

That is the price I paid... It was pretty difficult to find one in stock 5 weeks ago. I managed to get two. I was willing to pay a little more though because its a hometown company for me.

I guess I'm going to stick with $40-$60 polymer lowers until a forged aluminum one gets under $100.

It will never get that low anymore. A couple more of mass shootings and you can forget about finding one for under $200.
