It was a ridiculously good
It was a ridiculously good deal, I got my wife one for X-mas. I thought for sure it was a typo but it was part of there End of the World sale in anticipation of Dec 21st. At the time I saw the black melonite one such as this going for $550 mostly and the two tones going for $650. A quick check shows that most places have this gun for sale at $599.99 so the availability makes it worthwhile.

I must of been sleeping for that! I have been waiting for a deal on this one. I don't even know why I want it I bought the XDM 3.8 when it came out. But I am a springfield snob and love there guns.
Now if only I could find the springfield 1911 TRP for a steal. I have been looking for months but they are too few and far between to find that great of a deal.

I have also been sucked in since buying my first XD 3". I don't know why I want the XD-s, and I have a 9mm subcompact for carry already, and it has twice the capacity.
The grip doesn't even fit my hand that well on the XD-S, but I haven't tried all the different backstraps.
I buy all there guns I have
I buy all there guns I have no idea why I have almost doubles and tripples of some. Next on my list is the M1A and the 1911 trp when I find a decent deal.
